Machete Kills

Machete Kills is the sequel to the 2010 cult favourite aptly named Machete, an ex-federate who was set up and betrayed by the very man who hired him to kill the Texan Senator (played by Robert De Niro), it seemed that this is where we would leave our hero, driving off into the sunset with Jessica Alba.


Who ordered the whoop ass fajitas?

Well he's back! This time the government has hired Machete (presumably because he's a great assassin and not for his amazing fajita making skills) to take down an arms dealer in Mexico who has plan to launch a major weapon, into space no less! Needless to say this film is going to deliver the same twisted sense of humour and Tarantino-esque violence that you enjoyed the first time round, I guess it's a bit like a violent Austin Powers.

The movie has an even more star studded cast than it's previous offering, Jessica Alba and Michelle Rodriguez make their return, jointing them is Lady GaGa, Mel Gibson, Alex Vega (er...she's all grown up), Antonio Banderas, Amber Heard, Carlos Estevez ( you may know him better as the bi-winning Charlie Sheen), and a few more besides.


Spy Kids 4?

I was pretty darn excited when I saw the trailer for this, I really liked the first movie and hope this lives up to its expectations.

Machete Kills is released in cinemas on October 11th.
